Binary Dragons are the first confirmed team at DreamHack Open Atlanta after defeating Spartak 2-0 in the grand final of the European Closed Qualifier.
Both finalists came from the Open Qualifier, with Spartak beating both Outlaws and Spirit by 2-0 scorelines to reach the final of the closed bracket, whereas Binary Dragons defeated Singularity and Playing Ducks.
Nemanja "huNter-" Kovač's team got off to a great start to the series as they won their map pick, Mirage, by a 16-12 scoreline. With Anel "NENO" Ceković racking up 21 kills, the Serbians put up a masterclass of a performance on Train, running out 16-5 victors to book their spot at DreamHack Open Atlanta.

The North American event will run from July 21-23 at the Georgia World Congress Center. Joining Binary Dragons in the $100,000 tournament will be the winner of the North American qualifier, which will come to a close tonight, and six invited teams.
